Dive into relaxation heaven with our Serenity Package! It’s the basic package that’s anything but basic — perfect for anyone who needs a quick escape from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy an hour of pure bliss, where every detail is crafted for your comfort — a cozy massage bed and a scalp treatment tailor-made for you! Scalp Analysis: A comprehensive assessment to thoroughly understand your scalp’s condition. Scalp Massage: Along with our perfected oil mask, a relaxing massage is performed, designed to improve blood circulation and stimulate hair growth. Double Cleanse: A thorough cleansing of your hair, ensuring a fresh and clean scalp. Hair Mask: Application of a nourishing conditioning treatment to hydrate and protect your hair. Skin Cleansing: Skin cleansing and facial massage with the finishing touch of moisturizer and SPF help remove impurities and boost circulation and hydration, leaving the skin looking refreshed and rejuvenated. Quick Blow Dry: We'll give your hair a quick blow dry at the end of the the headspa using a hairdryer and brush to smoothen, and give it a more polished look. It may not be fully dry depending on hair length but it will still look great!
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full treatment price in all circumstances. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment by email, call or text. Even though we do not do it often and it’s not in our interest, Mizu Japanese Head-Spa reserves the right to cancel any appointment without providing an explanation and reason. The human factor might cause scheduling and staffing difficulties and we are always trying to resolve those if any and accommodate all clients.
