Terms and conditions

1. Membership Duration:
   - The membership is valid for one month from the date of purchase and will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:
   - Members can cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
   - No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership.

 

3. Appointment Booking:
   - Members must book their head spa treatments in advance to ensure availability.
   - Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the session.

 

4. Discounts:
   - The 15% discount on additional services, shampoo and conditioner, and gift cards is applicable only during the membership period and cannot be carried over to future months.

 

5. Non-Transferable:
   - Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

 

6. Changes to Membership Packages:
   - Mizu Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to modify the membership packages, including pricing and benefits, with prior notice to members.

 

7. Payment:
   - Payment for the membership will be automatically charged to the member’s provided payment method each month.

 

8. Liability:
   - Mizu Japanese Head Spa is not responsible for any injuries or adverse reactions resulting from treatments. Members are advised to disclose any medical conditions or allergies before treatments.

 

9. Privacy:
   - Member information will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of managing the membership and providing services.
